Can Anyone please tell me what is a Sticky Thread?.... What are its features?...Hwo it becomes so sticky that even by changing the pages it reminas at the top of every page.

Sticky threads remain at the top of the forum list. They are there because the Mods/Admins feel the info contained within the thread is important or of some current relevance. The sticky thread can only be made sticky/unsticky by a Mod or Admin.
