View Full Version : wierd problem with my mesh-help needed

I have bones pro 3 on the face mesh, everything was ok(pic 1), when I suddenly noticed that the face white box selection has changed some how(pic2), and when I want to remove the bones pro 3 the face jumps and scales to a diffrent direction and place(pic 3).

I tried to figure this out, Replace the new face with the old scence face but max crashes. also I have all the new uvw maps on the bad head.

The problem is that now iI want to put physique on all my mesh on a new bip,(the old bip gives me problems) I cant becuase of the face cuz it stays in the same twisted position.

anyone have an idea on how to solve this annoying problem?

you can use Reset Xform (in utilities) to reset the selection box..

don't know if it fixes your overall problem.. :shrug:

The Reset Xform didnt work well, it moved my head side ways.
I tried the xform modifer and manually changed it to fit the selection box of the BP3. and it kind of worked I now only have minor diffrences with and with out the BP3.

Man i have understood your problem.....

surely you have linked the head mesh at the biped object + enveloped in skin modificator......well

you need to unlink the mesh head to the biped head and use with a exatly value of strengh of the envelope of the Biped head

I checked if the face mesh was linked, and it seem that it is linked to the bip01.
I tried to unlink it but still the problem occures.
