CGTalk - Kill Layer Manager?

hey all, I checked the docs already and no luck :twisted: (<---- i love this icon) so if anybody out there knows the command to kill(or close) Layer Manager please let me know, basically what I need to do is close the LayerManager UI before I can run my script or else it Max will crash.
