This is a head I've been working on for a while...it's my first head and I want to know if you have any tips and trix to help me to finish it.

References can get you where you want to go. But first, you need to find some. If not, grab a mirror. Unless you haven't got any facial features, what you see in a mirror can help you when modeling a face.
