Overall a very nice feel.
Two crits however: I find the chains in the first pic a little distracting... I'm not sure if they really add to the scene. The hair is a little plastic looking (maybe the style you were looking for) but perhaps you can add add more spec to the hair flying away from the body to match the hair on the top of the head.

The main thing that stands out to me is that the shoulders are very round. Seems like this is a very common problem.

sweet, good modeling, but i think that needs work in textures, and maybe fix the hand, it appears that is not holding the sword at all :bounce:

I think loosing the chains, tightening the grip on sword, and maybe something for a background (even as simple as a wall in the distance) would be a great start. the texturing you've already heard about. will keep an eye on this one, post updates if you can.
