I agree with blacknoise about the rocks looking too smooth, and I don't really like the water.. it's look too much like liquid metal or something (far too reflective perhaps?), I can't quite work it out. Other than that, good work - I particularly like the top half of the image though - the sky, tower and telescope look great! :)

Very Imaginative and well thought out composition. I adore these types of images, very personal.
I agree with the comments about the rocks, a more jagged rough appearance will contrast the sky better.I'm not crazy about the white lights in front of the tower, would prefer a warm light from within the tower, to accentuate anticipation, and make it more inviting.
Very nice tension in the composition!
I am really enjoying the image!

I've given you most of my comments on elysiun, but now I've been able to look more at it, I noticed some little things. The fingers of the fisher don't really seem to go round the fishing rod, which makes it appear to be an inch or so behind the hand. A second thing I noticed is the water. I don't think it looks like oil, as someone else pointed out, but I don't really like the flow of it. I think the waves are a bit to high and sharp for it being really realistic. Imo, it should have a nice smooth flow towards the downright corner. A third and last crit is the waterfall. It looks absolutely great, but where's it coming from? Looking at the in-blender shot on elysiun, I see it's coming from a hill behind the tower. This would mean that it has to take a 90° turn just before it falls down. To make this more clear I would put some (preferably spattering) water just in front of the rocks behind the waterfall, as if the water was splashing to the rocks to take the turn.
These are very little things, though, and don't really bother when you're looking at the pic. After all, the atmosphere is great, and that's most important.
Top notch work!
