always wanted to master nurbs in maya but never felt comfy with them.

The slight asymmetry of the nose, lips, and brow is very good. The isoparm connections look great. Do you have that guy textured?

and i did't do teture for this model, and my goal is to understand more about human anatomy, because i wanna to get a job on CG modeling, I just finished a reel, i am ready to send some studios, But i am wondering if i have the ability to apply a job in big company like Imageworks, ILM or PDI/Dreamworks.

hey man, . . nice modeling. just one small crits tho from my lack of experience :D , i think the arms on the elbow parts is a bit wrong. just a minor tweak, but imo its doesn't looks rite yet.
overall its a good head...
