Mouse over thread title pop up!

Ok when i put my cursor over a thread a little yellow colored
window pops up with text from the first message in the thread.

This is annoying to me and i would like to know
if there is anyway i can turn this off?
I'm working on this, but please bear with it for a little while longer while I figure out how.
