I like the first one best, but you should try getting rid of the yellow tone on the highlight. Search for Steven Stahlberg's skin shader tutorial, he gives many useful clues usable for any program.
BTW I like the character a lot, lots of personality in his face.

someone knows a good technique to do the bump mapping? his skin is too smooth, and i'd like to add some wrinkle.

Any tips/help would be great! Thanks .

here is a maya file with a bone setup john homer gave to me - it helps you controll these deformations:
rightmouseclick - save (http://www.xdv.org/mmm/cgpics/wristExample.mb.zip)
you have too look up in the connections editor or in the hypershade how the secondary bones are kept in this position - thnx john homer
good thing here is everything is made by the bones and there weighting - probably the most propper way to rig
what also works very good is the blendshape method as described by stahlberg:
http://www.androidblues.com/rigtut.html
or see this thread:
lazy or eazy thread (http://www.cgtalk.com/showthread.php?t=149561)
or thousands of other threads in the maya - character setup section
