Love that "surfing the sun" one!

Interesting take on his body texture too... Always thought of him as "Mr. Shiny-Chrome."

Great stuff!

i'd love a wallpaper version of that surfing on the sun so much.

also looks like you used that ice cube preset over at ed harriss's site. either way looks very stylized. nicer than that super shiny look

:buttrock: dude its schweet, Kirby's SS has always been a fav of mine, but you have a great take with the more rough up look on the skin and the sun pic i want on my wall next to my dick dale records...only crit, its the same pose flipped right? he's goofy in one but not the other, the arms seem a lil bit rigid, a little flex in the elbows would sell him in motion better maybe, i dunno, i do know i love the surf on the sun ....

I would like to place my order for The first pic (Earth) Minus the earth and instead a variation on the sun surfing one only like a blue/white ice crystal myst at 1600 x 1200 resolution. Thanks.

Really like the texture you have on him, looks like chipped/fractured ice with crystals all over it. Great Job.

I loved the glow effect at 3rd and 1st images. It is looks really very beautiful.
Is it a post production as you ve said? and to apply these effects you have to render in some seperate layers. Is it the way you work? For ex: first you render the earth and you render surfer, then you apply that glow and shine effect to earth and so on???
Thanks.

waoo, i will not waiting for so much answer :) thanx

christophe, tu as raisons,c'est pas ce que j'ai fait de mieux mais j'utilise xsi que depuis 2 semaines...jai pas encore mes marques.
mais je te remercie pour ta franchise :)

array, ill post this week end the final version of all this images in 1600/1200

danoku, idem. you have right with the pose....i have sometime a baobab in my hand ;) i think ill change the pose and the body this weekend. ill try to give him longer arms and legs

maximanya , the glow effect is produced with frischluf.
it's a multiple combinaison plugin effect package wich work in reel time. its really simple to use. i render the surfer and the earth on the same layer then importing it in photoshop and apllyng the volumetric and glow effect from frichluft. ( the plug can do dof, blur, volumetric, lens and much much more) . to do that, just point with the mouse where you want the effect. because of my bad english ill stop the explanation of this plugin here, the simple is to go on the phillipp's site : http://www.frischluft.com

Imag, i it not the ed harriss preset, its a combinaison of multiple particules, but ill take a look on this site. thank's.

thank you all
