I really like this one. It would be great if you could manage
to finish it.

Well, OK
I found some time to crank this out. I have noticed that I am getting faster at 3D these days.
I think it's because I found some new tools.
Anyway here it is. The major forms in the body are established and I started working on the head. I still need to figure out how exactly it's going to work. Some times the transition between 2D and 3D can be trickey!

Damn nice sketch - and the model's already looking like it...
The area around the top of the thigh on it's back legs looks different in the model than those in the sketch - but minor niggle since it's your first WIP post on the mesh! ;)
Email Notification = yes :D

Here is a 2D update for the Model.
I added a bunch of tirtiary details and fun things that seem to make it more believable.
I will get back to 3D soon.

KOryH, that's a really awesome design. I love the scale to it. So this is going to be done in both 2D and 3D? Now that's a challenge :D
So far the design rocks and the modeling looks really good.
Great start!

Here is a little update.
I started more detail on the head and blocked in the stuff on the back. I am still playing with porportions. I think the cargo hold is too big. I like the way it looks in the drawing. The smaller stuff really makes the beast look huge.
...Back to work (I mean my job)

and U say that U work slowly ?
I think that it is a great start for 2 days of work (more if U work on the 2D sketch as the same time)

I like the design of the covered cargo carrier. But I agree about the scale of it. I think it needs to be about .25 to .33 smaller.

I agree, that cargo looks like it's going to slide right off his back.
