Hi,
I am radobe - colead and modeler/skinner from the Battlefield - Vietnam MOD "Point of Existence".

We are looking for talented people to improve our team in the following areas:
Environment Modeling - you should be able to model/unwrap and skin Statics and have a good feel about putting a convincing and realistic environment together.
Character Modeling - you should know how to model realistic characters. Knowledge in handling normal mapping tools and using them would be a definitive plus.

I would like to encourage people to come forward in response to the positions Radobe mentioned earlier. And to show what I do on the team here is a render of the Tu-22M3 Blackjack Strategic Bomber that I modelled and skinned.
