CGTalk - problem with import *.NDO

hello there this is my first post under 3dsmax forum

I am really exited to download a max script that would allow me to Import *.NDO(nendo files) in to 3dsmax

the problem is when I try to run the script (importndo.ms), it doesnt show me any window or UI to Import the nendo models

can anyone help ?
I am currently using max 4.0

Go to the utillities panel select MAX SRIPT,, then find the importndo.ms file in the file requester that appears...once the selector is closed you will see "Nendo NDO import" in the field ,, next to that field is a button with an arrow on it,, select that button and a drop down appears ,,,it sounds crazey but re-select "Nendo NDO import " abd then the import dialog will appear...
