I drew this up REAL fast when I was bored the other day. Took me about 1 hour.(For me, that's fast!).
Please tell me how I could have added more detail to the little guy? Also what areas need more detail(Specific areas, I know the whole thing could use more). Are there any good tutorials for that kind of thing you know of? Thanks! :)

There is no real trick to it ... just spend loads of time practising and
make sure to make use of a lot of layers.
1 hour is pretty fast indeed you should try your hand at some of the
speed painting sessions here.
And here is some turtorials

well his eyes are too round and his brow is too high to make him look evil. drop the center of his brow, and mke his eyes sharper and thinner. Itll help with the effect youre going for I think.

He's cute. I like the unearthly glow, especially in so dark a picture. I don't mind that he doesn't look evil. Could be an imp or some kind of trickster character who lures you to your doom. You might want to give him some ears, though.

Thanks for the comments guys! I really appreciate it! :)
I kinda wanted him to look 'nicer' instead of evil(Even though he is a Evil Spirit), Kinda the Wolf is Sheep's clothing thing :)
