SEK is looking for a programmer (m/f).
In their role as a development studio SEK concentrates on the conception, production and licensing of high-quality computer games.
SEK was founded in 1998 in Berlin and meanwhile boasts 25 highly-motivated employees, all of whom are devoted to their current project “ParaWorld” (working title).
“ParaWorld” is a real-time strategy game where modern elements combine with prehistoric events against an incredibly beautiful long-forgotten prehistoric backdrop.
It is currently Germany’s most ambitious, and most expensive, strategy game. Together with partner SUNFLOWERS, SEK‘s goal is to make “ParaWorld” an international hit.
SUNFLOWERS is famous for their ANNO series, marketed internationally by Electronic Arts.

We’re still looking for experienced Programmers (m/f) with team spirit for our special assignment team.
The following skills are required:
- good command of both written and spoken German
- very good knowledge of C++
- knowledge of programming for Windows and/or
- knowledge of 3D programming (DirectX) and/or
- good mathematical skills
Successful applicants should have experience in game production and especially in AI programming. A sound knowledge of the following areas is also required:
- C++
- RTS games
- finite state machines
- resource management
- scripting language
- behavioral AI
- agents
- flocking
