noone of the flowers ive seen you are never able to see in the center, its more of a white ball on the outside,
i like it, just needs to be more little peices on the inside that can blow away

hmm, i think once u add more seeds the visible center problem will go away,as for the animation, that waviness is very unnatural, and the seeds are too. maybe have them blow in one direction, with a slight variation, and the stem itself should be bending in one direction for the majority of the animation, and not so much. hope this helps.

Looks good, here's one that I did by accident while writing a Fire shader in PRman. It was done with just a sphere and rendered directly in PRman.

By the way, your link for the animation didn't work.:thumbsdow
But I like the actual pic that is posted here. I don't think I could give any real crits without seeing the animation.

thanx for the replys... I have to disagree about the center being visible.
Here is a photograph of a such flower and the center is clearly showing. Ive also been to have a look up the hill and again you can clearly see the center.

I know i need to work on the animation. That was just a test to see if i could actually do it. Now I know I can :) I can concentrate on making it more natural, alot of the things you said.
Ill keep going and post an update.
