I'm actually working on a woman face with Maya, but i think there's something wrong and i don't know what it is :/

I think her lips are too big, too much Angelina Jolie style. I can't find nothing more specially wrong. Maybe if you show your reference we can compare. I recomend you to add an iris to the eyes, even if it's provisional, cause the face will look really diferent with and without this. Maybe with that you see what's wrong.

lol. She's not my style of girl. Anyway, looking at this image I can see what's wrong with her upper lip. It's too much inflated. Look at your side view. Your upper lip goes from back to front, and anotger time back, and normal lips just go from front to back, as a 90º curve, not a 180º.

Here is an update. Then i'll work on her body, inspired by the second picture.
Is there anything disturbing you in the modeling?

If you look at your reference picture, the line where her lips meet is not horizontal. It makes a smooth 'w' sort of shape (although I think the woman in the ref is smiling slightly). Your model's lips make a flat line where they come together.
It also seems that your model's eyebrow disappears towards the outside of the head.
