hm, the head looks quite alright so far. the lips look a bit weird, you should check that. I can't say much about the rest, the perspective view don't reveal too much, for example the cheeks seem to be a bit too small, but I can't say for sure.

I'm not too sure what I think of the glasses... they seem to be made of rubber, if that's what you're going for it's fine, otherwise you might wan't to take a look at that too...

uhm, and don't take this rambling too serious. it looks nice so far, but you asked for my opinion... :p

it looks like either the wrist or the elbow is broken. also this just might be me but it looks like one shoulder is a bit higher than the other. oops forgot its not straight on

Looks not bad, but you should check out the leg proportions. Knee looks way too low/shins too short.
