Playing around for a couple of hours, used a photo for reference. First try at something like this C+C welcome ;)

It's looking real good so far Tbonz... I imagine it will get dirtier as is goes along. I'll be checking it out. Great possibilities for lighting.

Update: added some pebbles changed glass material, and most importantly added a shadow map of a tree to create a more interesting lighting situation. Your crits comments and suggestions are still welcome ;)

Wow....nice! That shadow map really put it over the top. The stone looks much better also. Love that crack in the bottom step. Fine work.

mh, the green of the grass and the leaves is too saturated

I think it is about done, just have to render with more samples. Possibly the last WIP render, any other suggestions? Going without the mail slot, none of the photo reference had 1 ;)
Hmm, I may adjust the leaf saturation-thanks
