looks great..

one comment...is his right eye not a little too far forward and high?...the perspective seems a little off.. looking at the deep recess of his left eye, and assuming his face is near symmetrical i would have thought the right eye would almost be tucked out of view round the other side of his face...also his right ear appears to be sticking forward where as the left is clearly sweeping back...i would have thought that the right ear would be near out of view too.

just my comments...but i wear glasses so i wouldnt listen to a word of it.

I agree with Hardnox (although I also wear glasses). Plus, I'd prefer his left ear higher on his head and the indication of a stronger jaw muscle. His teeth look delicate -- not for chomping but more for holding prey and swallowing whole like a shark or boa constrictor. BTW his jaws should meet when he closes them or else he's going to have a bloody upper lip with those pointies.

Overall, very good. Right ear, tongue and chin hair look done -- love the leathery look of the ear and the veins in the tongue. Eyes are tiny, but s'okay because he probably sniffs out everything he needs. That's all I've got. You're making great progress -- keep going!

Hardnox...glasses or not 10x for the crits...i'm still working and changing it so your input is most welcome...cheers

Ilikesoup great crits man!...i'm less interested in the correctness of the face from a functional pov...i'm juzt looking to develop my individual design process...but your crits are most appreciated....right on!

Its a nice concept, but it looks to plastic for my liking, the touge and teeth is very nice, but I am not to keen on the general colour.

I actually like the plasticky look, and I think this is a great artistic coloring style you have here. One thing I would suggest is add a little more of the plasticky look to his horns, so it fits the rest of the picture a bit better, although not so much that the attention is taken away from his face.

I think the wrinkles on his face are great, although that lone wrinkle directly below his nose (sixth from the left) is bothering me a little bit. I think there might be a little too much white on the tip that makes it stand out more than it should, but I'm not entirely sure.

I would also add a little more to the hair behind his ear and below the horns on the right side. It doesn't really seem to fit the rest of the hair, even though I realize it's intentionally not supposed to be as well-defined.

Well I dont know what style your going for, this is why I said, parts look better than others, its just not consistant. Parts look flat and parts look 3d, so its a lil confusing :( But I really like the colours and the wrinkles.

wow, really great, I like the realism of it. the thing I like the most is the mouth and the tongue.
In my opinion you should work more on the fur that now looks a bit too "plastic", but overall it's great.

Good work!!
