I'm working on a particle scene with 2 kinds of simple transparent sphere's, I'm hoping to have the omni light that's placed inside the 1st group activate on collision.

Any ideas on the setup.

trying to work a solution.

options. baking the particles and keyframing the lights seems to be an option.
but! i'm using fizz and fizz with particles kills the baking process.

This is done pretty simply with Thinking Particles. The PDeflector node has an Event output that is true when there is collision between particles. From this Event output you could use that value to turn on the Lights visibility in the Renderer when there is a collision. I don't think there is a way to do this with a Xpresso expression for the standarad particles system.
