Hello,
Iwould like to capture my pc screen at 1024768 using another
pc , which capture card would you recommend to do that ?

What is the intedned use? Does it need to be higher res than Techsmith Screencapture? Are you capturing a timeline or AVI file? What is on the screen? what format?

I want a screen video capture of me using my computer at 1024 *768 uncompress .bmp

You can try some screen cam utiltities like Camtasia by tech smith, but for people in high end work, the quality might not be good enough for what you want to do.

Other choices that take more steps are to get a good VGA card with an SVIDEO out and record the footage and grab a frame using an NLE app. That might look better.

some new Mega Pixel cameras can also help.
