Nice sketches. I must say I think your work looks better without the glowing highlights you use in your digital pieces, but that's really just personal preference.
The comic character looks like Johnny the Homicidal Maniac's best mate!

BTW, that Mad Hatter would look great in a straight jacket!!
You could draw him in an asylum with other crazy kids books characters.

I have to agree with puddlefish ... these look much better than the digital ones you did before. Nice color, nice form, nice contrast! Really like the skizzo guy too.
