I like your skeleton, nice style to your artwork. I find the space where the umbrella and top hat to be confusing because they are nearly the same size, and the umbrella rests in front of the hat rather than over it. The red silk band that "slid up" is odd also. I'm sure you had a reason, but if it's to look tattered there must be a clearer way to do that. IMO both issues subtract from the excentric look of the umbrella. Otherwise a very nice pic.

tnx a lot, the space is confused where the umbrella and the hat meets, i can see that too, the hat should be oblique in his head, not weared perpendicular to the body axis.
Do you think I should add more shadows?
Anyway, tnx a lot for the advices and the useful critique.
More opinions are welcome.

Now I worked a bit on the hat's shadow so that's its position is more clear. Then I worked a bit on the background, I'd like to keep only the roofs visible and hide the rest in fog, but I fear it will look fake, does anybody suggests something?
