I have made an ice cube with a logo inside.. I want to know how to add some frost to the ice cube. It would be great if someone could help me..
*Texture it with opacity maps ( make sure to put the same opacity map in the raytrace advanced options to turn off the reflections on the frosted bits)
* Use a scatter object with the Ice cube as target, I suggest a lot of small distorted spheres with high specular and a blueish specular color

This is what was approved.. I made a noise image (B/W) in photoshop and have used it as an opacity map + bump map..
Well your ice cube is surely looking much better than mine :)
