CGTalk - Animation Critique

Hey everyone! I'm a pretty new animator and I've been working on a few short motions/sequences to exercise my skills. I've been reading books and articles on animation for about the past 6 months and I'm using Cinema4D to create the animation.

Looking at these, I know that there is stuff wrong. Some moments just don't feel "right," but I haven't developed the eye to see how to fix it, though. I'm hoping you can all take a look at them and tell me what I need to do. Thanks!

after looking over you stuff i have a great resource for you. i learned a good amount from Keith Lango. I highly recommend you check out this site: keith lango's site (http://www.keithlango.com)

i saw that you need to work a little bit on ease-in ease-out, snappy movement and secondary movement. you are off to a good start. you never stop learning how to animate really.
