Published in 1991, book is the story of a young boy who must travel through a jungle to find his captured parents.


Vanguard Animation's films in production include the comedy "Valiant," with Ewan McGregor (news) voicing the title character, a wood pigeon who joins the Royal Air Force Homing Pigeon Service during WWII, and "Happily N'ever After," starring Sigourney Weaver (news), Freddie Prinze (news) Jr. and Sarah Michelle Gellar (news).


Next toon feature to go into production at Vanguard will be "Space Chimps." Company's CG-animated pics are produced at its dedicated studio, Vanguard Animation U.K. "
