hi everyone! I wonder how to freeze the translation of joint! after I choose modify->freeze~I find the translate haven't became 0!!how can I change them????

i guess you mean a joint who's a child of another ? at first : why you wanna change ?

because of it's relation as a child of another joint (or whatever) you can't do a freeze transform.

what I want to do is not the child but the parent!!!!
the root joint!

yeah, doesn' matter if it's a child or a parent. you will "destroy" also the rotation values because of the local rotation axis. you can group or parent the root joint under a new node (i always take a circle) and then you can freeze :) it has also the advantage that you can then scale your character like you want it.
