This is probably the closest I've ever come to actually finishing a project (it's really a Work Not In Progress), and here it is:

Quick 360 Spin (1.4mb) (http://blitzze.sitehostings.com/360Anim.avi) (requires DivX)

Here are some stills, so you can see the mistakes more clearly. :D

A bit about the project: It's a 'fun' project I did for no real reason (guess I was bored at the time). The overall shape is "slightly" (cough) based on the Lamborghini Gallardo.

I used the poly modeling tools in conjunction with Meshsmooth in 3ds max (rendered with Brazil). As someone will undoubtedly point out, you can see the individual polys in some places because I only rendered it in 1 iteration (2 iterations would be lethal for my system). Actually max got a bit mad with the number of polys it had to display on the screen, thus it decided to crash a couple of times every hour, to further annoy me (that's my theory anyway), which is frustrating to say the least. As I've implied earlier probably, it's nowhere near perfect, but critique is welcome of course.

I like it!
Good concept design, probably affected by not so good antialiasing or simply due to image resizing?!?

What about rear view and interiors?

very nice concept... are you a designer?

I like the color very much

darkgrey rules all car colors!

Thanks guys.

rakoon: Yeah I 'cheated' a bit with the animation. Thinking that DivX would dirty up my images, I rendered them slightly smaller to save time, then resized them to the current size. If you want a very clean video, just play them at half-size. I've uploaded a slightly cleaner video at the same address (doubt anyone would notice though). I haven't done much work on the interior, hence the tinted windows. I could chuck in some stuff, but that's too much work during exam week. I'll do a rear view render later, just gotta fix the shaders on the lights.

CBAS: Car designer? I wish:) And yes, dark grey > all :D
