Yes, render each of the four views..

If you want it to happen while you sip coffee, then set it up in video post. One can also capture the GUI to a movie, in case this is what you mean.

Are you talkig about the what you see in the viewports themselves, or the final 3d rendered image?

If the later, video post can help you, otherwise I see now other way as pressing 'PrintScreen' on your keyboard.
