Hi,
For a long time, I was planning to use my human head and robot arm in a scene. I thought I would better show them in a robot factory, so I wouldn't have to draw a body and still use the head :) A bit too honest!
But still I had to do the android skeleton for the scene. I thought of a muscle system as seen in the sample. The render is just 2 minutes of work, just to show you the idea. In the factory, the head won't be transparent or cut in half :)
It won't be an animation, no.
Using Lightwave 7.5, haven't started texturing anything yet.
The head model is a touched up version of my previous 3d head (in the links), I think I managed to give him a better ear and closed his eyes a little so his skin details can be painted with my robot arm with ease :)
The robot arm can also be seen following the link in my sig.
Any comment is appreciated, comments that doesn't require a start-from-scratch may be implemented.
