Hope you don't mind me painting over your piece. It's just to tell you what I mean. Drawing is easier then English 4 me ;)
I have tried to put some more excitement and depth in it (sorry again 4 that first stupid joke).
If you place 2 characters in front of eachother, try to get them both a bit off, ifyouknowwhatimean.
And try to pick a logical lightsource. Or at least pick a lightsource and stick to that one (= not easy. I know). That will improve the entire atmosphere of a piece. 4 an example; see Sangotten's fairy in this thread; it gorgeous http://www.cgtalk.com/showthread.php?threadid=12819&perpage=15&pagenumber=3
It's also somewhere on the board with a back. That one's better but dunno where it is anymore.
cheers, jeroentje

Well... what I really meant was that some things are easier to explain visually then in words.
And besides, my English seems to improve under the influence of alcohol. I was not drunk enough when doing that last one ;)
Please keep updating this thread. It's interesting... And what's so secret about it?
The project isn't in motion yet, i need to sort out what has to be done, this is the first time i'm actually collaborating on a comic project.
Here's one of the sketches
