Horror: "Nightmare:Diseased tooth"

The whole thing's a tooth? Or only those small things in the holes are theeth? Because the whole thing rather looks like a sack... The blood looks good but the eyes should be tainted, too (they're overreflective/specular, by the way). The handthing looks strange, but the skalpel's great!
