Hi,
I just finished modeling the audi RSQ :)
Yeah, it's the car that audi has build for the upcoming Will Smith film "I Robot" and it's a pretty cool car.

I realy like "monolith" style... Only thing is about that logo/light on the back... IMHO You shoud rise it a bit higher and add some border... Anyway, it's great

Reffering to the original painting, i think that blurry reflections should make it better.
Btw it's well modelled. I see just some mistakes on the mesh like "waves" on surfaces or it's caused by refl map???

He , great stuff.

Where did you get your references from? I saw some pictures in the german "SPIEGEL"-magazine, but they were way too small for purposes like this.
Would like to see other color schemes.

thanks, I also saw them frist at "Spiegel-Online", but after some googeling I found a them in a nice resolution here (http://www.seriouswheels.com/top-2004-Audi-RSQ-Concept.htm).

But it's a frustating thing to use them a blueprints, they just don't fit together...

Imagination. You just need imagination. Ernest has posted a link to superb pics of this great "car". These pics should be enough to reconstruct this model.

thx ernest. great link :) .

hi ernest :wavey:

the proportion of the model is very good...but the surface seems not to be very accurate...it has too many coves on it ...
i think for modelling a (photorealistic) car its better to use nurbs...

anyaway...i like

@ZzzZ: it is. (as said in the 1st post ;) )

@abc-dealer: thanks, maybe next time I try it with nurbs...

@deathblood: nah, red is only a color for super-sport-cars :D
