The texture is very good for what i can see (but i cant really tell 'cause the picture is so small). but the model looks like a 30-seconds lathe-modifier to me. can you tell some more about how you made it?

It looks great but I must say that it doesn't look like a cup, it looks more like a fountain pen and a very ornate ink well.
There is great design and materials in the object to make a beautiful image but I must agree that a large version would be even better.

It still looks great ;) thanks for the bigger image. The ceramic material is very nice and well worked across the surface and colour variations in particular.
Do you have a reference image for this cup? I assume it has a lid? The texturing certainly makes this one. Good job on it, simple geometry but effective materials.

sorry dear "magic" I forget get your answer. yes I creat base with line then use lathe by 50 segments. that it's all.

some friend ask me render time of this work?!
each image take about 6 hours with this system:
CPU1:AMD Athlon(tm) MP 2200 +
CPU2:AMD Athlon(tm) MP 2200 +
1.00 GB of Ram
I will make nice environment for this work but I havn't good idea for that so I want see your Idea about environment.
what's your idea for environment?
