Hello everyone.

I want to simulate mud going through a a cavern type thing. I am using blobby particles and I have them looking pretty good. I would like to create a per particle trace depth expression so that they stay contained better within the cavern geometry, but I'm not very bright when it comes to creating them. Could someone point me to a tutorial or some type of solution?

Thanks!!

make cavern geometry collide with particles, then put a radial field (radialType = 1, attenuation = 0) on those particles. then select the particles and the radial field and "Fields-> Use Selected as Source of Field"

that should make every particle to act like a radial field, preventing particle <> particle and particle <> object interpenetration

p.s.

play with fileds "Max Distance" to aproximate particle size

hope this helps
