For as bright as the sun is, i would expect a little stronger of shadows. This also makes the helmet look kind of like it is floating. Are the shadows also coming from the wrong direction??
Good textures though.

The space ship looks like the one from Planet of the Apes. Actualy no they didn't had a tale on theirs i think. but never mind. Ya add more shadows and it will be perfect.

Thanks for the suggestions! :)
The bright spot in the upper right corner isnt the sun, but just a star. The sun is placed behind the camera.
You are right about the missing shadows, so I changed it for this update. I dont know if you can tell the difference, but I hope its a bit better now.
I actually made the spaceship after watching "Planet of the apes"
so the resemblence is no coinsidence. :)

The second one looks much better, I like it, maybe try some hase, or heat effect, or atmospehric effect. mabe some particles in the air. Also the only thing I see wrong is that the texture of the ship does not suit the picture. Otherwise the whole image looks good.

you need to do something with the windscreen/ front half of the ship...........too dark....need to ad more detail. Scenery looks rad !!!!!
