Here is a maquette sketch I made in clay, Im planning to do a full size head in clay and later on a 3d version of the same

I really don't know anything about maquettes so could you tell me how long it took you to get so far?

I worked fast on this one. maybe three or four hours. Spread out over a few nights. I used a torch to blend some forms as the clay melts when it is heated

nice maquette you have there. you should REALLY check this tutorial out, maybe you allready have.

From the guy that sculpted some of the dinosaurs in Jurassic Park and the dragon Draco ( the one voiced over by shean connery).
