Hello, this is my Catwoman modle and concept art. I give a big thanks to Jim Lee!!
She is a WIP, and will be used for normal mapping. If you have any thoughts please let me know

Well... wips usually are posted in the wip-board, but never mind...
The concept looks great. The model's a good start, but your wire looks messy. Are you planing to animate her?

I kept it in quads...
May I ask what should I have done?

She will be used for normal mapping. The low Res will be made to be rigged and skined and movment.

Strange quads, you have there...
I allowed myself to draw a bit in your net, I hope you don't mind...
The green lines describe where your geometry should rather be, to be closer to your concept.
The thing within the blue line's something I couldn't figure out what that is supposed to be. A poly?
The red and pink lines are obviously... er... three-corner-thingys, with the orange dots as corners.
The yelow thing is a six-corner-poly, even though it looks like a quad-poly. The orange dots are, here too, the corners...

What Sister Ky said above. For head with masks or what not, I suggest to try to model the head first to get the shape and proportion right. Then model the mask on top of the head. It's definitly not an easy way to do it, but you'll learn a lot along the way.

Did you take a look at his concepts? He's not going for fotoreal but animestyle, as far as I can tell. And I can't actually see antithing wrong in making a comicstyle-char without the perfect proportions... *shrug*

The forehead is way too cromag. In the sketches they arent like that but the models are way way cromag.
