I have been trying to figure out how to get this brush.
but I couldnt figure it out, I couldnt find the brush in default photoshop.

can anyone teach me how to get it?

if I am not mistaken that is showing the effect of different pressures on a drawing tablet. For example, the line becomes thinner when the user light draws on a tablet, and it becomes thicker when the user pushes harder on the tablet. I am pretty sure that the only way to use that is with a drawing tablet.

If you don't have a pressure-sensitive input (tablet), you can use another option that works off of how long the stroke is... it can be made thinner that way. Not as useful as a tablet though.
