I think it's a good image, but the eye isn't very realistic, perhaps the problem is the specularity and reflection of it.

Well done and interesting scene.
I see you went for realism, but the eyeball looks a bit like peeled onion to me. Bcoz eyeballs white dont hv that radial lines over it and is not purple, may be theres some red here and there.
It also should be more wet and with smaller iris.

The edges of iris shouldn't be so torn apart. Take a very close look into the mirror and you'll get the idea ;)

You have done a some awesome work on this piece. Whats getting me is not your skills per say, but more your concept. It feels gimmicky in a sense, like "ah hah!" and then its over. I think you could push this concept way farther just thinking about point of view shots more. All I feel like you are showing me is the p.o.v. of the organ. Is this the p.o.v. of the dead person looking at their eyeball being infested with ants? you know? P.O.V. shots work for me the best when you see through them at the content. I think it could go much farther...

I explain how this image has made.An heavy metal band:buttrock:
have contact me, they have asked me to think an image for they cd's booklet, the center pages of the booklet.
They asked me to think to something that attracted the attention of who watching the booklet.After this a day I have see on tv a documentary on the carnivorous ants able to even eat a man I have had the idea for this image.
Technically I think that the comments of Psan, Sister Ky and dru about the eye are rights also theagh when he says :"Only one thing, the four ants of the right side, are so align... try to distribuit it a little bit... ".I agree with you on these particular but I hope that this render it is however cool.Continued however to say your opinion about the image.
