Hi, this is a test setup I did to make a character have motion dynamics on it's antennas.

Here is a look at the setup.

At the end of each antenna there is a Null (A1 and A2).
For antennas to have springy motion I added motion dynamics effect. Then I made two hold springs, one on each Null (A1 and A2) and changed their weight values to 0.3. Then I made two expressions so that the anntena bones would point at their respective nulls at the end of them. I used Target command. Now the antennas have springy motions but the Nulls are not at the same distance from the head. To fix that I made two additional springs (not hold springs but normal springs) between Anntena bone and Null at the end of it. Change max stretch and compression parameters to 1. Check the green "s" letter to make them stick to the head. Now the distance of the Null is constrained to the length of the anenna bone.

Here is the test anim (divx).

Bye !

Cool beans - looks like the lil' critter sneezed there at the end. Nice. :)
