hi guys,

i'm really interested in learning AE and was wondering if anyone could please recommend any good training material, visual or books. any help would be great.

Well a good start would be to check the tutorials in the sticky post. If you feel you can (easily) master them then you should get into AE pretty quick - if not a book might be a good thing to read.
