Hi,

1) Refer to the file mouth02 in the attachment. The issue is, when I twist the model from the pelvis sideways, few vertices from the face do not bind well. Refer to the attachment. These vertices are not part of cluster or lattice membeship group. This deformation is not visible in default pose.
I have an attachment showing my model with blend shape.

2) The same problem occurs with lattice on mouth.

Feedback Please with solution.

Have you selected the 'rogue' verts and examined their ownership in the Component Editor ?

Any deformer/ joint they shouldn't belong to set to 'zero' to start off with, then edit weighting appropriately :)

Hey,

just as Atwooki said, kill all those 'rogue' vertices in there. Anything that doesn't belong to a specific piece of the mouth should not be influencing it unless you want it to. Don't forget to use the PSW tool (Prune Small Weights ---> Skin -> Edit Smooth Skin -> Prune Small Weights {set between 0.05 and 0.1}).

Make sure you get rid of all the rogue vertices first before doing any smoothing or else you're gonna run into a huuuuge amount of trouble.
