i like the idea and look forward to seeing how your work develops.

With such a manuoverable creature, those leg joints will need to be very flexible - looks like you'll have some fun working this all out.

love the contrast developing. I know they say bg isn't considered but as an overall piece the foreground could really continue to help your piece.

Damn that looks great, i love your little creature, the compostion for him looks really great. I really like the touch you added to the leaf implying that not even the bamboo like branches hes hanging on to are real but some what artificial. Ill defintely be keeping a close eye on your progress. Very nice indeed. Keep it going.:thumbsup: :bounce: :bowdown: :beer:

hey tht's really looking good...really nice sense of depth

Those little details make all the difference...especially like bug in foreground and bug being zapped with blue light...

Ho, you want some critics? I have one for you, just an opinion :i don't really like the purple color in the background. I have the feeling that it doesn't works well with the other elements, but that's just my feeling.

Lot of lighting and depth changes. I think now it looks murch better!

Hey really cool pic you have there, and i love the cartoonish feel you have created. The green bamboos really gives it an asian feel! Great job!! :beer:

I absolutely love your composition!!!!!

my favourite 2D entry so far!!!!!!

I wish you had used blue instead of purple - you know like the bluish - grayish mist seen in deep bamboo forests!!!
