Love the character, and the lettering looks like an old-style wood sign -- really adds to the piece. A few crits, though.

1. His left eye is looking up while the right eye seems to be looking down.
2. Don't understand why you have the glowing letters when your character has such a heavy shadow. I'd like to see everything have its own shadow, almost like there's a bare bulb in the tent as the light source.
3. Looks like there's many heavy scratch marks, even over your character. Don't know what it is, but it's a little distracting.

Otherwise it's very cool
