The arms are too long and look like you used glue to make them stick to the body. They don't seem to be a real part of him.
He has too many edges. Smooth or NURB him! Especially the eyes! And don't make him squint like that!! >_<
And his mouth need lots and lost of work! At first sight I thought he had a coconut or something, where the mouth's supposed to be. Then I realized it couldn't be a coconut because of the jellow one can see, so I thought of a donut (which would also make more sense with Homer) but finaly I realized the teeth and understood that it was supposed to be the mouth... it's too big, the colour's too deep brown, it's to specular. One may not see his jellow skin in there!!!!!
The teeth look strage, too...
Oh, and the nose might be a tiny bit too short...
