CGTalk - Bone Goal Problems

I have a problem where after I've assign a goal object to a bone to move it around. It doesn't seem to move in axis that I want. When I hold on to the X of the XYZ it not only moves on the X axis it also moves on the Y and Z axis.

Lightwave 8 used.
