I am trying to model a bach trumpet mouthpiece in 3dsmax 6. I have the image set up in the background of the left viewport. I created the vertices around the outside of the picture using a box changed to an editable mesh. How do I now create the 3d object from the vertices? It needs to be a cylinder, but I cannot get it to be a 3d object.
