...well, Frankenstein's creature you want? Maybe that a more detailed crature will be better ...or what do you think about a big failure creature to show why the doctor doesn't want anymore to use it.
But yeah you got a good flavor on this one (but to don't use face will drag the animator on a big work of corporal expression)...
If you want (and if I got time), I can try to add an idea of mine one day lol

i will greatly apretiate it. im steel working on this one adding details. I reworked the legs so they would match the body in the robot kinda way and for the facial expretion I extended the whires that go towars up and curved them in the circles so that gave him eyes i might give him floatind eyebrows hold on asec i give u a rough dont have a scaner so will be photoshop.

Im thinking more of a darck dirty castle look with alot of junk laying everywere So i guess that would fall under a Scarry category. Slanted walls would look like when you drinck toooooo much and you get that closing in effect i guess :eek: Thats why one of the character will be the light bolb for the light effect. Party of 3 one with its own spetiallty light strength and i guess the 3rd the brains. But im not shure yet.

Also for the facial expretion i was thinking about using the color of the light. Normal:yellowish, Angree: Red, Scarred:White, etc..

Not trying to start a fight, but i could probably start a new thread on this topic.. but anywho...

After looking at the new drawing you gave him, it just reinforced what i've been thinking. Too many people are drawing the same body structures. The comic style of broad shoulders and very defined muscles. It looks cool, but i don't think it should be applied to everything. I jsut don't think that a character with a lightbulb on his head (IE: Fragile person) would be ripped and strong.

I would just like to see the style changed up some more. And this doesn't apply to the cartoony girls that i see on here.

Hey All.
May I. I see the point Neil is trying to make. Even looking at my first description of the character, Dady doesn wont him anymore cause he build himself a new toy. I can steel work with Art7's character just have to textured differently some rust and scratches, dints and he will be rady to go. And like i said before Art7's stuf is toooooo kick ass. I just dont see it as game material let me refrase that as low poly material. I rather take his character and build him with alot of details with nice new shiny tecstures.
Also Neil thats the way art7sayan draws thats his style all his characters are beefed up and ready to kick some ass. Wich most of us enjoy. We all love action, explosions and fights. I'm not saying you are wrong yes there are alot of character with strong phisic out there. But people draw what they enjoy and love.

Ehm... Carl Barks (you know, that guy that made Donald Duck famous, when he worked for Disney Studios?) made this character back in the 1950's as a companion for Donald Duck's inventor friend...

No offence, but ehm... not a very original idea IMHO.

Well bulb no bulm i was thinking more of a dismembared moneken lool more plastic then straight tubes I guess i can go more modern on the light bulb like the new philips ones nerow and long. Well what can i say all the things that we have now were already invented by someone else some time ego same goes for the music.

I don't know if this one will fit into you scenario, but I just had this idea.
It is just a big and a small bulb put together, with the wires for legs. Very simple. Maybe make him 6-legged instead of eight for a real spider (you know, 3 wires a bulb...).

Ehm.. you have to know for yourself but if I may give one last suggestion? If you decide to give him wings and make him a fly or something, don't add wings of a real fly, but construct it out of rubbish. Like a big paperclip wit a post it memo folded around it for a wing, or something like that. Follow the logics of the character, if you know what I mean ;)

I believe that the Barks character was "Lampie" in English. I faintly remember this one too. A little before my time ... but I had some reprints of Scrooge McDuck when I was a kid.

I was going to put in my own sketches on this thread ... but haven't had time to do any. :(

I got the front and side from the one you gave me it's a lil not aligned but its fine i'll go around it. Just need the botomn part. Other wise i would have to put him in a weel chair lol.

Hell all. I'm back lol. I would like to post my WIP for Kent's drawings I'm steel tweeking the cage but i think its coming out nicelly:bounce: . Me happy. The one thing i dont know how pomped should i make him or how many muscle groups should i develop on him. Would pectoralis be enough or should i ad more?

like promised ;). Tweeked chest and tryed adding the brain compartment. The uniformity in the inside compartment was a pure axident forgot to select those fases when was making the holow area but i thinks it looks better like that. Like my drawing teacher would say Happy accidents lol. I'm going to work on the transition between the brain and the body more cause i dont really like the way its turning out looks too smooth maybee put some indentetions in that area Hmm kinda good idea lol Well ok here are some picks i rendered about 5 or so just diff angles i'll post the ones from the back for now i didn't doo much on the chest but never mind here they are :beer: cheers
